Document Preparation Time:

• 12–16 working days.

Required Data for Document Submission:

• Passport (main page + any existing stamps);

• Full name in transliteration (Latin alphabet);

• Full registered address of residence.

Documents the Employee Will Receive:

• DOKLAD (POTVRZENÍ) O ZAJIŠTĚNÍ UBYTOVÁNÍ -  Certificate confirming accommodation arranged for the employee during their stay in the Czech Republic;

• Potvrzení subjektu přijímajícího na území České republiky cizince z třetích zemí za účelem ekonomické činnosti nebo vzdělávacích aktivit -  Confirmation from the receiving party that the candidate will arrive for employment or educational purposes;

• PRACOVNÍ SMLOUVA -  Official employment contract;

• MZDOVÝ VÝMĚR -  Wage declaration document specifying salary details and payment method.

Additional Information:

• Candidates are provided with support in obtaining a residence permit (long-term stay).
