SERBIA WORKING DOCUMENTS FOR OBTAINING A WORK VISA
Target audience:
Citizens of Asian and African countries (upon individual agreement).
Terms of registration:
Preparation of the package of documents: 14-21 working days
Obtaining a visa: 25-65 working days
Required documents to start the process:
A full scan of your international passport;
Knowledge of English at a communicative level;
Documents provided by the employer:
An invitation letter from the company;
Employment contract;
CRPS - Certificate of registration of the company;
A document on the systematization of available vacancies with a seal;
PPZ - Group permit corresponding to the number of candidates submitted.
Documents for applying for a visa:
*Candidates must personally check with the consulate for the final list of requirements.
An invitation letter from the company;
Employment contract;
CRPS (Certificate of Incorporation);
PPZ number in paper form with a stamp (upon request of the embassy);
Document on the systematization of vacancies with a stamp;
Bank statement with a stamp - optional, but recommended (amount: €500-€2000);
Police clearance certificate in English - optional, but recommended;
Medical insurance for 180 days (tourist type);
Diploma or certificate of education translated and notarized by Serbian authorities;
Booking of air tickets to Belgrade;
Payment of the visa fee (payment details will appear at the last stage of filling out the visa application form).
A type D visa entitles you to stay and work for up to 180 days. Further extension or obtaining a residence permit is possible under certain conditions.
Important!
You should start preparing your visa documents immediately after submitting the package from your employer. The whole process requires care and compliance with deadlines.
