UKRAINE WORK VISA + REGISTRATION FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSIT VISA IN MOLDOVA

Target audience:

Persons of all nationalities, except for citizens of:

  • terrorist countries,

  • Philippines,

  • Vietnam.

Age restrictions:

  • Up to 45-50 years old.

Timeframe for issuing documents:

  • Preparation of documents: 45-90 working days (from the date of receipt of a notarized copy of the passport).

Note: please take into account the delivery time of the documents.


Visa issuance: 

  • 30 working days.

Required documents from the candidate:

  • Scanned copy of the passport (all pages);

  • A notarized translation of the passport into Ukrainian in the candidate's country and at the Ukrainian embassy in his/her country;

* If it is not possible to certify the translation at the Ukrainian embassy, the candidate sends a notarized translation to Ukraine by mail;

  • Medical insurance;

  • Bank statement with the balance of funds (the amount depends on the consulate of the candidate's application).

Documents that the candidate receives to open a visa:

  •  Work permit;

  • Employment contract;

  • An invitation letter from the employer.

Additional information:

  • The visa is valid for 90 days.

  • Upon arrival in Ukraine, it is possible to obtain a TRC (temporary residence permit) for the duration of the permit.

Note on transit visas:

  • To enter Ukraine, you need to open a transit visa to Moldova type B (we help with registration).

Application processing time:

  • Standard term: up to 10 working days

In exceptional cases: extension up to 20 working days is possible


Required documents from the candidate:

  • Completed application form;

  • Scanned copy of documents confirming the purpose of transit (for example: invitation letter, valid EU/Schengen visa, other documents);

  • Photo (passport size);

  • A copy of the travel document (passport);

  • Ticket reservation to the country of destination;

  • Documents confirming permission to enter a third country or transit country (if applicable);

  • A visa is not required if the trip is to a country that does not require a visa for the applicant's citizens.


After receiving the e-visa, you must print it out and take it with you when traveling to the Republic of Moldova.

Important: The e-visa is equivalent to a traditional visa and is not inserted into the passport.
