Plastic production worker
We invite to work:
men under the age of 45.
City:
Bydgoszcz. Arrival for registration in the city of Bydgoszcz.
Salary:
24.65 PLN / hour net, for students 30.50 PLN / hour net.
Important: According to the state tax program, the hourly rate after exceeding the annual income threshold of 30 000 PLN gross is: 22.40 PLN / hour net.
Work schedule:
7 days of variable work and 2 days off. Example:
1 week: 3 days 1st shift → 2 days 2nd shift → 2 days 3rd shift =7 → 2 days off.
2 week: 2 days 1st shift → 3 days 2nd shift → 2 days 3rd shift =7 → 2 days off.
3 week: 2 days 1st shift → 2 days 2nd shift → 3 days 3rd shift =7 → 2 days off.
1st shift: 6:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
3rd shift: 22:00 - 6:00.
Work 8 hours. It is possible to take an additional 4 working hours once a week. Number of working hours per month: 160 - 200. Breaks: 1 break of 15 minutes. There is an opportunity to take a smoke break.
Accommodation:
monthly cost of accommodation - 610 PLN, for students 800 PLN. Please bring your own bed linen.
Responsibilities:
work with machines (quality control of products after machines);
gradowanie (cleaning plastic products from the remains of viscous cold plastic using a scalpel);
gluing labels on finished products according to the sample;
assembling finished products on a pallet before shipping;
preparing the workplace and maintaining cleanliness.
Work with a simple computer, in it we can find tips:
type of pallet, labels, packaging, types of defects;
sequence of stacking finished products;
registration of the number of defective products;
change of color or shape of the finished product;
number of manufactured products.
Quality control of finished products is carried out in the amount of several injection molding machines.
Requirements:
good physical shape;
responsible approach to work and attentiveness.
Additional information:
work in the city, travel by public transport, you need to get a travel card (about 120 PLN / month). There is a large parking lot right next to the company for the convenience of using your own transport;
employment costs (medical commission, work clothes) are calculated at the end of cooperation. Detailed information can be found in the office when applying for a job;
temperature: in the premises +23 - +27 °C;
the smell of plastic is minimal;
training is carried out by trainers and experienced workers;
a bonus payment is provided for the 7th work shift;
possible transfer to the transport department, without experience with "UDT";
possible transfer to the "Umowa o pracy" work contract after 1.5 years of work at the enterprise.
