We invite to work:
women under the age of 50.
City:
Bielsk Podlaski (170 km from Ełk). Registration - Ełk.
Salary:
24.70 PLN / hour net (without absences) and 23.70 PLN / hour net (if there are absences without a valid reason). Students - 30.50 PLN / hour net.
Important: According to the state tax program, the hourly rate after exceeding the annual income threshold of 30 000 PLN gross is: 22.03 PLN / hour net.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday in shifts, 8-10 hours. Saturday is a working day for 8 hours. Sunday for production needs.
Break per shift 8 hours - 30 minutes, if more hours + additional break.
Accommodation:
monthly cost of accommodation 600 PLN, 3-4 people in a room.
Responsibilities:
1. Filleting shop:
Men - receive fish, unload into a pool with water for defrosting, take out of the pool, lay out on the line.
Women - put fillets on grates.
Schedule:
1st shift: 05:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 15:00 - 24:00.
2. Garmažerka - put fish on grates, prepare for baking.
Schedule:
1st shift: 5:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 14:00 - 24:00.
3. Packaging shop - work on the line, put salmon slices into packages (on tatski, 250 tatski / hour), put into boxes, put boxes on pallets, stretch.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri;
1st shift: 5:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 14:00 - 24:00.
4. Knocking out (men) - knocking out frozen fish from the grates. Transport on pallets around the enterprise.
Schedule:
1st shift: 6:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
3rd shift: 22:00 - 6:00.
5. Washing workshops with a Karcher - washing cars and trucks.
Schedule:
1st shift: 6:00 - 14:00;
2nd shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
3rd shift: 22:00-6:00.
Saturday is a working day. Sunday for production needs.
Requirements:
manual work skills;
experience working on a production line;
the company prohibits eyelash extensions, nail polish, and jewelry.
Additional information:
temperature about +5°C - +7°C;
there is a canteen for workers, a locker room, showers;
work clothes: issued every day on site for free;
health book and medical examination: 350 PLN from salary;
cosinus students are charged 100 PLN every month for insurance;
there is a company store near the plant - you can buy salmon at a good price.
