Currently, our team is actively expanding, and we are looking for a Partner Relations Manager to help grow our network of employers in Western and Northern Europe, as well as North America.

Requirements:

English — conversational level B1+ (mandatory)
Knowledge of at least one additional language: Norwegian, Portuguese, Serbian, Bulgarian, Montenegrin, Bosnian, or Danish
Experience in international sales, recruitment, or partnership development is a plus
Proficiency in using online tools and CRM systems
Responsibility and result-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Searching for potential partners via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
Initiating contact and presenting the company’s services
Preparing commercial proposals
Verifying potential partners based on internal guidelines
Supporting the contract signing process
